Calcium cyclamate, 952 (ii), is a subclass of Cyclamates (E952 ). White colourless crystals or crystalline powder. Approximately 30 times sweeter than sucrose and used as an artificial sweetener to replace sugar. Also used in low-calorie food and drinks.
